Better Bodies offers a wide variety of group fitness classes at our Indianapolis, Zionsville, and Carmel fitness centers. From low to high-intensity fitness classes, all are sure to increase your heart rate and help burn off those unwanted pounds. Zionsville Fitness Classes
Fitness classes are fee-based. Punch cards are available. You must call (317)733-3388 at least two hours prior to the fitness class to reserve your spot. Three participants are required for the class to run.

Description of Fitness Classes
Not all of the following fitness classes are offered at once. If you are interested in one of the fitness classes below, but do not see it on the downloadable schedules, give us a call at (317)829-5005.
Abs/Back—All classes will conclude with abdominal and low back exercises.
Boxing Classes —Condition your entire body under the direction of the world class boxing coach. Hank Johnson will train you with many of the same drills and exercises used to train Olympic athletes.
Boot Camp—Everyone needs a hard core workout before the weekend and this is it! This class incorporates cardiovascular intervals with weight training, muscle conditioning and functional movements.
Spin Classes —This high-energy cardiovascular workout uses various performance levels and speeds such as race cycling on a specifically designed stationary bike. Come ready to sweat!
Hi/Lo Conditioning—This is an intermediate to advanced level class that uses interval training of cardio and weights. It’s a non-stop class that is going to make you sweat…so grab a towel!
Kickboxing Classes —A high intensity cardiovascular workout with the combinations of kicks, punches, jabs, and core movements. This class will certainly get your heart pumping while toning those legs, arms, and abs.
Martial Arts – TANG SOO DO - A traditional martial art from Korea that blends the dynamic kicks of Tae Kwon Do and the powerful hand strikes of Okinawan Karate.
Muscle Conditioning—Increase your muscle strength and endurance with this total body workout. This class is designed to tighten and tone in all the right places!
Pilates Classes —Try this low-impact core building, toning, strengthening, and flexibility class. This course is for all levels and enables you to move along at your own pace.
PiYoTM—Enjoy this strength and flexibility mat class, combining Yoga and Pilates in a flowing sequence designed for those who like to move with grace and power. All levels are welcome.
Step Interval—Keep your heart pumping with increased intensity and intermediate-level choreography plus strength and flexibility training.
Step I—Learn the lingo and moves in the Step Aerobics world. This intense class will get your geared for more calorie-burning down the road.
Toning—Discover the ultimate high-energy, total-body workout using weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
Yoga Classes —This stress-relieving class helps you to focus on breathing while conditioning your muscles and burning calories, working toward a comfortable body. Move along at your own pace.
