A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiologic body system called the craniosacral system — compromised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Marissa Grant is our Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh. She believes that focusing on nutrition will give you the proper fuel for your body, helping you perform at your highest level and maximizing your health, fitness or athletic goals.
